    What an EXCELLENT tour! Very informative and a beautiful location. Staff is so welcoming and friendly. Salt sample tasting afterwards was also great. A wonderful experience!

    We’ve been to Hawaii several times and wanted to do something different. Great tour and the salt is very tasty! We added a foot soak as an extra treat. And it was very affordable!!

    I’m a fitness instructor looking for quality electrolytes/mineralization for my clients, and I love to support Hawaiians. I came to learn about their product and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very kind, easy to learn from, excited to answer questions, and generally excited to share the love of their contributions to their community with you. Delightful! The guide took pictures for me as I was traveling alone and helped me find the best product for my clientele. I will be ordering from them in the future, and definitely sharing with my clients.

    Salt is salt right. Nope. When you taste the difference learn the slow process and understand what you have on your table you will only want Kona sea salt. Take the tour. Spend time with the people who are passionate about their craft. The flavor comes through in small batches. I tried it on pineapple. It made it sweeter. Go visit

    Honestly an amazing tour, she knew all the answers to the questions, was very polite, and honestly was surprised by how many different types of salt there are. Was so delicious!

    Kona Sea Salt

    You will enjoy a tour of our oceanfront Kona Salt Farm located at the Hawaii Ocean Science & Technology Park and learn about Salt Making in Hawaii, what makes our water source, deep ocean water from 2,200 feet so pristine and unique, Hawaii's salt cultural traditions. We will conclude with a salt tasting of our 13 flavored and smoked salts before enjoying our spectacular sunsets.
