Fantastic trip. Lavender fields were extraordinary. Silvio did a great job driving us around to find the best colors and lighting during the last week of harvesting. Highly recommend this once in a lifetime experience.

A great tour the lavender fields were incredible! The meet up was easy, we saw three different fields and all were amazing,
If I had one change, I would make it shorter and skip the lavender shop & time to eat. I had kids with me and we were exhausted. But overall, definitely worth it!

A fabulous tour to Valensole lavender fields. Multiple stops including short stop to try lavender icecream (delicious) and in a village to wander around/eat/shop. More lavender fields stops as sun set. The scent in the lavender fields was amazing.

Kevin, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the area and about lavender. Knew time was precious so he included stops that would interest the group, including some lavender ice cream, and was a fun-loving comedian along the way. We saw so many fields in both large and small sizes with different types of lavender. The light on the Valensole Plateau is amazing, but sunset was the highlight with the sunflowers as part of the scene.

This was a great tour of the fields in Valensole. We went to four different fields and had a 45 minute stop in Valensole. It was all so worth it, especially to have the transportation to and from Aix. It's a long excursion, so be prepared with snacks and water. :)

The tour is magical. To see a painting by Monet in Giverny is wonderful but to actually walk through the fields of lavender like the subjects of a great work of art was spectacular. Our driver/guide was excellent. So helpful and patient. Truly understanding that this experience he must be use to seeing was a magical experience for us. I would highly recommend the sunset tour as the heat of the area was turned down a few degrees allowing us to wander comfortably through the fields.

Stopped at many picturesque spots, got many amazing pictures. A good group of people. A long dream was fulfilled!

The main goal of the trip was to see the lavender at sunset. In that the trip was great. We did get to see the lavender at the height of the bloom which is exactly what we wanted. It was very beautiful and we got to see 4 different fields, starting in the late afternoon until sunset.
The guide was a very nice woman but it felt a little disorganized. They were running 2 tours at the same time and it was not clear which people were on which tour. Then we had to wait because they needed to fill another spot. Though our guide was personable and good driver, she didn't seem as experienced as we hoped. She was hard to hear in the van when she explained things and she didn't explain all that much.
The van was fairly comfortable and had good A/C but it would have been nice if they had a cooler with some drinks in it for passengers. Because it was so hot (90+) one of the women didn't feel very well and it seems to me that for 75 Euro to have a few snacks or water available to the passengers would have been a good idea.
But since we did see the lavender as we hoped and it was very beautiful and we got lots of great photos we were overall happy with the experience. I just think the tour operator could tweak a few things to make it a 5 star experience.
