The shuttle never showed up! Called Viator to ask for status but was directed to another company chieftain and there was a voicemail! No customer service agent available! I canceled my booking!

Airport is very clean. Directions are very clear, easy to navigate. Yay! There's Starbucks and PF Chang's. Food selection is great

After getting off the plane and going to the area to be picked up there was some confusion and I thought there was a mistake and I wasn't going to be picked up. I called Viator and also the other company that is involved. Viator was helpful but the other company had a voice mail. after about 30 minutes or so I got a text and they picked me up in a new Suburban SUV. So after the confusion everything seemed to work out. Thank you

I was going through the security line on May 7 about 5:45am about to take a flight on American Airlines. I’m a frequent flyer so I know all the protocols. My boarding pass was never verified before taking the tram over to the gates. Being an frequent flyer though I had already had my boarding pass and ID out before even taking the tram. Once I get to the security line the Tampa TSA lady checking IDs kept yelling “PLEASE HAVE YOUR IDs”. I didn’t think twice about it since I already had mine out. Once it was my turn I handed her my ID and I also had my phone in hand with my mobile boarding pass. Usual protocol is to match the ID against the boarding pass. But instead she says “Why don’t you pay attention? I said I need your ID” She’s got upset that I also tried to give her my boarding pass. I fully understand that COVID-19 is a real thing and we need to take precautions, but are we really taking away security measures for this. What’s the point of checking IDs if they have nothing to match it up against. I literally got 30 ft from my gate before somebody checked my boarding pass at boarding.

Warning! Don't use this Company I booked a transfer for my parents arriving from Sweden to Tampa airport, Florida, in December 2019.  The taxidriver was super to communicate with before the pickup and things were going as planned. On the way to airport the driver got a flat tire and could not make it. He could not get contact with support he said. I called an international number and was told to tell my parents to get a cab at the airport, keep the bill and get the money back. A lot of e mails back and forth have been written. Tons of very sorry, appologys and words have been recived. But not a singel dollar back. Not even from the original order when buying the service online from Sweden. So I advice you not to use this this Company. Big warning!! Later we used Uber instead. That was working 100%. Sorry to say this about a Company. Things can and do happen. That's the charm of travelling. But the way Gettransfer handel the aftermaths is terribel. Now they have stoped responding. The last mail they said:The transfer is being proceded. This was 3 weeks ago. Best regards  Britt from Sweden
