Did not get to go due to hurricane. I was unable to contact anyone to cancel. I would’ve really liked to go.

The instructions were not clear. We weren’t aware that we had to download anything to listen to the tour.

Trip was good but instructions were poor. Unless I missed something, we went to aquarium starting point as indicated & thought online tickets had to be scanned in order to get audio tour started/instructions. Nowhere did it said to download app & get code to get started. I felt like an idiot when we asked aquarium employee to check us in. We called the toll free # & they were very helpful. But for the price it was okay.

The tour was advertised as Viator but it was provided by a local company. Viator took my money but failed to provide ANY instructions on how to access the tour. After wasting 30 minutes I called Customer Service but after 20 more minutes she couldn’t help us. Finally she told me to call the local provider who was very helpful.

Marianne_K

The detailed information I appreciated most. It is a nice walk and to have real background information makes it interesting. Well done!
