A relaxed getaway day from Sydney with great food and fun tasting wines. Steve was a great host, responsive, informative and set the tone for a special day out. The vehicle was comfortable and the distance perfect for getting away for the day. I look forward to introducing friends to this experience.

My second experience of the Taste of the Southern Highlands tour. The whole trip is perfect - the host, vehicle, distance and location, the winery and the restaurant. The wine tasting is a joy, and a learning experience made so enjoyable and fun. The restaurant garden, dining room and food (plus service) is exceptional - truly a gastronomic delight. Always great company too. To indulge yourself at excellent value overall - the tour is a must.

Wonderful day trip from Sydney. Steve was a great leader, friendly, personable and with a lot of knowledge on the local area. Punctual and well timed tour but we never felt rushed. Staff at Centennial Vineyards and Eschalot Restaurant were very friendly and knowledgeable. Food and wines were excellent. Highly recommend this tour for a gourmet escape from the city.

Amazing experience at the wineyard. The setting is perfect for an excellent wine tasting with explanations. I learned so much and enjoyed a delicious lunch afterwards. Plus our guide was good fun and very knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended!

I did the tour with a group of friends and we were all commenting what a fantastic surprise we had with the whole experience! Both, the winery and the restaurant had an amazing atmosphere and the products were superv. The wine masterclass was really fun and catered to all palate and previous knowledge. We enjoyed it so much we ended up buying heaps of wine! We also had time to explore a town called Berrima which offered the perfect end to a fantastic tour: a little place with lots of local shops and cafes. Special call out to the guide, Steve, which made every minute a wonderful experience, thanks!

I went on this tour with a bunch of friend, and what a surprise for us all this day was! I was not aware of the beauty of the little town of Berrima, and the Wine Masterclass in Centenial was quite a highlight on my “i wanna know my wines” experiences! Something that I was not expecting was that cheeseplate... Would you go to a winery to buy locally produce olive oil and dukkah? WHY NOT! And the restaurant was one of the best culinary experiences in Australia... who said Aussies didn’t know how to enjoy their food!? A must do tour for a truly unique and different day out and conveniently close to Sydney! Thanx Steve!

Steve was fantastic! We had the best wine tour ever! Steve was professional, knowledgeable, caring and detail-orientated. During our tour, we not only tasted some of the most exquisite wines and food the region has to offer, but learned from people working hard behind the scene.

This tour really speaks local and the Southern Highlands are just beautiful. The wineries we visited were outstanding. We knew we were in for a treat from the moment we set foot in the first one. The food was superb, from the cold platter to the 2 course lunch, everything was locally produced. We even had time to go for a stroll in Berrima and I managed to buy some delicious tea. Steve is really knowledgeable and we learnt a lot about Pinots. I loved every minute and I can’t recommend this tour highly enough!
