    The coach no 38 bus driver was rude and even thought I had the ticket in my national coach app he asked me to show an email. I’m from overseas and don’t have access to wifi most of the time. He then went on to say that I should have booked my coach on the airline directly as it’s cheaper then national coach. I was so Annoyed and it’s wasn’t a bad experience on this journey when we went from high Wycombe to Gatwick on the 14th august at 12.28pm bus was half an hour late. This caused us delays.

    Great price, punctuality, on April 27th around 6 pm I got on in Gatwick and went to Heathrow, the lady driving, route 36 was very nice, smiling, very good driver and very strong...she helped all clients loading the luggage.

    Absolutely fantastic- great prices compared to a taxi, comfortable, great drivers! I have done this from Oxford to Heathrow and Gatewick never an issue!

    Bus arrived on time to Gatwick and left perfectly on time Sunday 14th, 17:20. The bus driver was very friendly and helpful. Thank you

    I took the bus Gatwick North-> Heathrow on Oct 7th scheduled at about 1 am (bus arrived at Gatwick North to pick us up with 30 min delay). Because of weekend road closures and the driver's incompetence to deal with these (unjustified for a professional driver, since weekend road closures in the area are common, as passengers were commenting), it took us more than twice the time (about 2:30 hrs) to get to Heathrow. After wandering around in local roads for a while, the driver stopped and declared inability to get us to Heathrow and asked passengers to assist. He asked passengers to help, using their own GPS. At some later instant, he stopped somewhere and asked a passenger to assist with backing the bus. Positive thing out of this mini-disastrous ride was that I got a chance to experience the great social consciousness of the (mostly) UK passengers, who, instead of complaining (e.g. because some must have missed their connecting flights) were supportive to the driver. Surely, a better driver training should be on the company's to-do-list.
