    Karl was an amazing tour guide ! Very good story teller and real fun investigative fun . Kids had a blast . Creepy places with some nice activity .

    Karl was amazing and very professional and explained everything so good!! Made this your amazing!! Our daughters felt very safe with him and told us the best stories ever!! We definitely will do it again with him!!

    We took our 2 grandkids on this tour. Karl with a K was absolutely fabulous and very knowledgeable. Would recommend this tour to anyone it's not just your ordinary tour you actually get to participate and hear amazing stories.

    Karl was very informative of the cities history and paranormal information. We had some unexplained things happen that reinforced my belief. We chose it because we wanted a tour that wasn’t the normal “train” trip and were not disappointed. If you have the ability to take this more intimate experience I highly suggest it.
