There is only one word that best describes this experience: “Terrible.” I’m not even sure if the homeless population would appreciate this experience. The food is bland, tasteless, and terrible. I made the mistake of booking this experience and not eating beforehand because I asked for the one editable item, bread, and the waiter said he is not allowed to give any more because there is “only one per guest.”
The so called love band and singer is basically a talentless singer trying to sing but sounds more like nails on a chalkboard. I would ask for earplugs but I worry that the response would be that they are not allowed to give out earplugs. The live band is actually a laptop playing sound tracks that could better be replace by a karaoke machine. To start, I was seated in the middle of the ship away from anything that might have been of interest, and when I asked to be moved, the rude host told me the “it cost extra” and I needed to book it in advance. However, I noticed there were guests that moved because they saw empty seats, but the rude host did nothing.
I would not recommend this to anyone. My best recommendation is to stay away as you would only be “wasting your money.” This dinner cruise is better served to host an event to feed the homeless because they at least may find the food, the lack of service, and the rude host to be enjoyable. I want this wasted three hours of my life back.

We had a wonderful time. Food was very good. Enjoyed the sunset. Entertainment was fun. Dancing! We will definitely go again.

Got to say this was a great experience from start to finish. The booking was very easy and communication was good. Upon turning up at the pier we were quickly boarded the boat from very friendly staff.
The first course of the meal was quickly served, and all courses were very well cooked and tasty with sufficient size portions too. We were surprised by the excellent value of the on board drinks (only downside was they stopped serving too early when the was still around 4t minutes to go).
All the staff were friendly and attentive. The singer was particularly good (sorry I did not get catch her name) and the boat was warm and good ambience.
All three of us had a really good evening and can recommend the dinner cruise.

It’s nice to travel down the Thames and see some of the sights illuminated - we knew the sights we were passing which was good as there was no commentary
There is no choice of food - the chicken was pleasant but the dessert option of tiramisu was bizarre and no one enjoyed it
