    The underground exit was closed on the day of our tour so we had to walk around to look for the exit above and the sign but by the time we arrived it was about 10 mins past the meeting time and there was no guide in sight. I asked for a refund but the refund was only USD110.22 equivalent to SGD150.91 whereas I paid SGD267.78. That’s not considered a full refund!
