We have done this tour before and it was wonderful. However, this time we waited 40 minutes having arrived early. Only to have to make multiple messages and emails to find out it had been cancelled. We had not been told which is poor. The director did call and apologise and refunded us. There had been a misunderstanding. Whilst I accept things happen they really need to make sure custard informed. Also a contact number would have been helpful

Had the best time! For the limited amount of time we had in Girona, we saw more, learnt more, and tasted more than we had expected and hoped, and more than we could have on our own. Such a joy and so much fun. Thank you guys SO much!

De tour was amazing, led by passionate locals. It was not just a food tour, they also provided us with interesting information about Girona!

The food tour was amazing, and so worth it! Marc is an incredible guide, and we learned so many things about Girona’s history and food culture. 100% recommended!

Spanglor-Still

We took Marc's food tour on our first full day in Girona and I must say that not only did it give a really good orientation of the city, but we got the chance to try some really delicious foods! We were in a small group of five people which made the experience like walking around Girona with friends. The blend of generous tastings of food and wines made for a very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend you take this tour if you are visiting Girona!

Our food tour of Girona was so much more than a food tour. Marc, our guide, gave us a great insight into what life in Girona is really like and how coming together over one of the many meals is a significant part of the day. My husband and I do food tours every time we visit a new city and this was the best one by far. The combination of Marc and all of the unique purveyors we met along the way created the perfect Girona experience. We went back after the tour and enjoyed many of the places he shared with us. Small group and great flow to the day. 10/10 recommend.

This tour was so much more than I expected. The food was wonderful and there was plenty of it but what really made it special was Marc's discussion of Catalonia and its history, culture, language and people. We were introduced to local experts in everything from coffee to bread, sausage, chocolate, wine and so much more. I highly recommend this tour and Girona Food Tours.

Brilliant from start to finish. Patricia had such energy and love of food.. it was infectious! A fantastic selection of eateries around old and new town. Coffee and xoixo, artesan chocolates, market stalls with bacalao anchovies steed aubergines, botifarra dolça (sweet cured sausage!!!), paella, arroz negro, fideuà, the best Iberican ham, cava.. and a final treat of ice cream which went to the top of my all time ever ice cream! Lots of stories and information about Girona along the way. Great fun and would recommend to everyone.. young or old. Just don’t eat breakfast!

The Girona food tour was a great start to my holiday in Girona. Gina is a wonderful guide and provided so much knowledge not just about the food but also Girona's history. I enjoyed all the food and advice about where to eat in Girona during the rest of my stay!

A cultural intro via food is a great way to start and Maria delivered exactly that! Days in advance we were asked about food allergies/interests and undoubtedly she took all that into consideration in planning a tour that would maximize our experience. Maria was our guide who was both knowledgeable and hospitable. The tour was set-up progressive style so for each course we moved to a different cafe/restaurant/business. Also participating in our tour was a delightful couple from Northern Ireland. Our total group numbered seven which meant we had plenty of time for Q&A. Highly, highly recommend.
