    Good security, made waiting for the boat a fun time and ride was smooth with no worries, Norman was an amazing guy aswell, no complaints!

    Worst service ever…..they made us buy child tickets when they knew they had not enough space on the boat and the blond hair ticket guy at london eye was the worst

    It was a frustrating experience. To be honest, from a product or service perspective, it is not a sight seeing attraction because it doesn't have big windows. It is also not a transportation as it takes 10x more time than any other method, walking included. Pointless attraction. There's also a hour long waiting line...

    Norman was really nice It was so fun He lit us to on the boat And we saw nice things along the way He was cheerful and happy and it made an impression

    Norman is super helpful and make sure there are no waves on the river. Also make sure the boat goes the right direction after the capitan got lost
