Don't miss out on news and great deals
I was disappointed that the night tour I had booked was canceled, but a tour guide offered to do the same tour privately the next day at noon. I was able to see all the main sightseeing spots by car, and the guide kindly, took photos for me, and we had fun conversation while we were driving. Since It was private tour, he took me to places I wanted to go that weren't on the tour, and changed pick-up and drop-off where I wanted for me.It was a wonderful tour. Thank you.
The bus did not turn up. I waited and messaged. Finally he got back to me saying the bus broke...I did not get any prior notifications. It was most disappointing. But I got a refund.
Made reservation, waited 30 min. They did not show up, or answer call or email inquiries. Have not yet been refunded.
Confirmed booking over a MONTH before the trip, I text earlier than the tour. The scheduled time came and went and NOTHING. I called, the number goes to an apparent personal cell because it was not answered with any professionalism. The man said he didn't have anything booked. He asked my first name, said a refund would be issued. The refund did occur immediately - funny how he said he didn't get anything, didn't know about it but could text me back AND issue the refund immediately. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Regrettably there is nothing positive I can say about this tour, mostly because we didn't get to go on it. I had read some reviews about the tour operator cancelling or not showing up and we had the same experience. We waited in the agreed location and when no-one showed up I called the tour operator who told me he didn't have our booking ... which he then found. I think the issue is that he doesn't want to take the tour out of there are just 2 people. Probably not worth his while but would have been better to cancel the day beforehand so that we could make alternative arrangements. Completely unreliable.
The tour guide never came up. They've also didn't notify me. Avoid if you want solid planing. Cat in a bag...
