    Very pleasant day overall, Gareth is knowledgeable and commentated throughout the trip. The time slots at each place did not feel rushed at all as it has done with tours I've been on elsewhere. Some lovely sights seen but I do prewarn if anyone has mobility issues or struggles with heights, there are a lot of staircases in the castles, especially steep spiral ones.

    The whole day was great and Garrett did a great job giving us plenty of time at each attraction and sharing the history of the area. I wanted to see all the castles and this was a perfect way to see four castles in one day without having to drive myself.

    Gareth gave us a wonderful tour of the natural scenic spots: Swansea, Wormshead, Mumbles Beach and a beautiful waterfall. He shared his knowledge of the history of Wales and the Welsh language with us as we drove through this amazing landscape and the villages, towns and cities.

    So enjoyed how he incorporated the history of UK and Wales into the journey! Appreciated the water, Welsh Cakes and how time at each stop was well thought out. Not too long or too short.

    This is the Swansea Bay option. The vale of Neath is known as waterfall country and this is one of the best. It was painted by JMW Turner and the walk to the waterfall will really take your breath away.

      Customers need to be aware that there are two tours available. There is the Valleys option calling at Tintern Abbey, Chepstow Castle and Caerphilly Castle and there is the Swansea Bay option calling at Rhossili Bay, Mumbles, Neath Abbey and Melin Court waterfall. Gareth is the only guide so only one of these trips goes ahead per day. Please check your booking to see which trip you have booked. They are both the Wandering Bard's tour but one goes to Swansea Bay whereas the other goes inland to the Valleys. This has caused confusion with customers in the past.
