We went to the meeting place at 12:40. There was no one with any signage to indicate where we should check in. We asked around with several tour guides and there was nobody to assist us. We found one person who indicated that she worked for viator but couldn’t find our name on the list. She send us on a wild goose chase to find her “colleague” who couldn’t be found. By the time we got back to the square to get more assistance from her, she was gone. This was at 12:50. There weren’t any other viator employees to assist so we completely missed out on this opportunity and it ruined our only day in Toledo. I want a refund since I didn’t get to experience anything that this had to offer and it hindered my day.

This tour was a good intro of less than two hours. It included the city tourist bracelet for 7 sites; 4 additional sites to pursue independently. It worked well for us and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and attentive to our group.

Instead of Monumental Toledo Tour experienced we got "hide and seek" game. Quite honestly, we did not fly 7,000 miles to have this kind of entertainment. We ware 7 minutes late, due to car rental place decided to overcharge us Euro 1,000. Therefore, I contacted the tour agent and response was "the tour guide will wait for you 10 minutes. Not only the guide DID NOT WAIT for us, but also the group did not show up in any locations that was in itinerary. In summary - I just wonder if it was a real tour OR $50 donation to Viator (disappointing taking in consideration that I am a loyal customer for many years).

Paula was outstanding Tour Guide and historian. She took the time to explain the cultural inflections of Toledo and how it formed its current culture. She took the time to not only explained the simple overlook features such as simple road markings of the Jewish Quarter, but also the local nuances. She excelled at providing detailed architectural differences of the Romans, Visigoth, Muslims and Christians; and how each culture built upon the other and how we could tell just by looking at the different structural areas.

At first difficult to find the group. Our guide Myriam is very knowledgeable and well spoken. Just amazing to hear her.

Our tour guide Vanessa was knowledgeable and effective in her explanations. She was a joy to spend time with.

Tamara is an excellent guide. Our tour included both English and Spanish speakers. Tamara fluidly conversed JN both languages and shared the facts ans history well. The Greco painting was a high point. The history of Toledo, the 3 religions and neighborhoods.

Ricardo_B

The tour was nice, our guide Mar was very knowledgeable and provided good insights. The only problem was that there were a couple of people that arrived late due to delays on the trains coming from Madrid, and the guide had also a couple that booked launch with her, so we end up seeing the las monument in a hurry. She could have yelled us to stay a long as we want since there was nothing mor to look after that

Bernadette_P

We were fortunate to have Tamara to ourselves on this tour. Excellent knowledge, friendly and engaging - we thoroughly enjoyed the tour and the 1.5 hr was all we required in the timeframes we had for a half day in Toledo. 7 monument entries are included in your paid ticket (3 are guided) and this was fabulous. We added in a tour of the cathedral on the day as this is easy to do. Highly recommend.

Billiken82

This was a very well done tour at a reasonable price. Walking was easy. Got to see a lot of the different parts of Toledo. Just four of us plus the guide.
