It was an excellent experience, we were given a sweet tour around the land and winery, our guide was also exceptional ! We then had an intimate wine tasting and local cheese/ cold cuts degustation. We would love to go again !!

We arrived by off roading through the countryside. We walked up a hill to look at the countryside, sat on a giant orange bench to take pictures then walked back down the hill to have some lunch and taste the wine. The food was great with fresh meats, cheese and breads, but the wine is not. The red and the white were both very dry and not much flavor. The staff is friendly and informative and speaks English well. They boast of their natural, organic method of making wine but did not show us this process which I was very interested to learn about. I did not even see a grape. I do not recommend this tour.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! What an amazing tour, completely private, and so enjoyable. We were in our own group of 4 the, the staff was amazing, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, answered every single one of our questions- my brothers girlfriend is a actual sommelier in the US and she was also impressed. Completely organic and ALSO vegan wine, they show you the crops, the cantina and the cold cuts board with all local cheese honey, marmalade, prosciutto etc was outstanding and went amazing with the wine! Thank you to Martina & staff who are all so sweet!

Wonderful tour of some beautiful vineyards, cellars, and accommodations, followed by a tasting with pairings of cheeses, salamis, and their own olive oil and honey! They were so knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn about the incredible Tuscan wine culture. The wines are delicious and reasonably priced should you wish to purchase some bottles

After one kilometer of dirt road, a world opens up to you: a project that has made the territory its main partner. I took the guided tour with tasting and I was very impressed first of all by the kindness, passion and competence with which I was welcomed; and then, of course, by the beauty of the landscape! The sight was already very gratified by such a large and uncontaminated space, but with citizen eyes (like mine), as we know, not everything is visible or grasped immediately; fortunately Caterina, very knowledgeable, was very generous with explanations and in answering all my questions and curiosities. It is a continually evolving project, all female, which collaborates with natural elements to transform them into sharing and value. I also really liked the tasting experience. I frequent the world of natural wines a bit and I was pleased to know that here, really, there is nothing else besides grapes. I liked both the macerated white, which evolved in the glass, and the red, served at an ideal temperature for late summer; the pecorino cheeses in different ages are also good and praise for the 'real' grilled vegetables (I had asked for the vegetarian tasting). The tasting of the oil was dazzling, I wanted to take home a tin of Aurinia, but it was finished; luckily there was still some Caletra, the monocultivar: intense, spicy and still very balanced. So happy to have stopped by to visit you! PS. I must say that this deep Maremma, so hospitable but less groomed than other areas of Tuscany, is the best for me.

Great location, friendly welcome. Due to the weather, the start was delayed and the vineyard tour was cancelled. Local specialties (ham, salami, cheese and honey) were plentiful and tasty. Unfortunately, only two cuve wines were tasted, single-varietal wines were not included in the tasting. Olive oil only on request

Cordiali Saluti.Oscar
