The tour was excellent and Salvatore is a friendly and very knowledgeable guide. We got to see the inside of villa corleone and learn about the history of the house. We went to savoca and had brunch at bar vitelli and the church. Was an awesome experience and would highly recommend.

Incredible experience. The first part, at the house where Al Pacino is in hiding, was phenomenal. Just the wife and I with an English speaking guide to show us around. Simply amazing. Visiting the church afterwards etc was good, but the house alone was worth the price! Guisseppe our driver wasn’t English speaking, but who cares? Get Google translate, we didn’t need the back story being driven to the places, and the guy was lovely. Organizers were so great to deal with, we booked the same driver the next day to take us to Taormina. Hugely recommend these guys

The driver was on time and picked us up at our hotel. Our first stop was Savoca where we saw Bar Vitelli and the Church. We were able to spend as much time as we wanted in the village and it was great to experience the Godfather film. However there was NO tour guide for us in Savoca. The driver was very pleasant and took pictures for us in front of locations HOWEVER he spoke NO English. We had to communicate through Google translator the entire time. We read in other reviews that people got information during their drive through the Sicilian hills but our driver could not provide that for us. When we arrived at the Villa, the guide there spoke ALMOST NO English. I specifically asked for English speaking guides when I booked the tour. The guide at the Villa showed us a clip from the movie and we got more information seeing the exact locations of filming from the clip than we did from the guide.

Our guide Salvatore was great. Spoke good English, took his time and drove safely. He knew a lot. There were only 3 of us. Mother, son and the guide. Visiting the villa was a goosebump moment. The Baron himself (80 years!) gave the tour. Took beautiful pictures of us. During our visit to the church, Ave Maria blared through the valley, giving us goosebumps again. A day you will never forget. Appointment at the meeting point and contact in advance with dreamisland via the app was very pleasant. Top!

Fantastisch meegenomen naar diverse locaties. Eerste locatie komt in alle drie films terug.
