    Beautiful day riding to the sea. Easy app to use, friendly staff who couldn't do more for you. Route is easy to follow and is flat and is mostly on a dedicated cycle path. Highly recommend doing thus trip.

    This was the most wonderful ride from the city to the sea. Easy to navigate, the journey is almost a straight line once you’re out of the city. The Ride & Smile app is relatively easy to use, although, make sure you follow the yellow route only - we began on a pink route, which took us about 10 miles off course. We LOVED it though - straight into the Tuscan countryside - but we were cycling for at least 5 hours straight by the time we got to Marina Di Pisa. Also! Try not to set off at the 12:00 slot (the sun was beating down on us and there is very little shade coverage). But what a journey! The team were absolutely brilliant - very kind and patient. Lovely for people who have very broken Italian like us! We had a brilliant experience. Thanks team Smile & Ride! One to remember for sure.

    We had booked the tour for Monday, July 8th but something came up and Smile and Ride allowed us to simply switch days. Additionally, we booked the beach tour, but they also allowed us to switch to the city tour. Smile and Ride did an awesome job setting us up for a great experience!

    The ease of getting to the leaning tower and then riding to the beach was spectacular on this hot day! They were very accommodating and made it simple.
