This place became to be a port 2000 years ago. While you are looking to new and big yachts you can imagine huge and rich boats of Romans. Also you will see the monument of Christopher Columbus what have its secrets. But we will tell you all of them.

Rambla Del Raval

On this street you will see real Raval spirit. This area can show you different faces. It was Chinese quarter in the beginning of XX century. It was one of the most dangerous in 90´s. Now it artistic and cultural attraction with a lot of museums, historical buildings and graffiti.

Plaza de Catalunya

The main square of Barcelona. From here you can see La Rambla, the most famous street of Barcelona, Paseo de Gracia, the street what always was the mos luxury in the city. And of course fountains and monuments of the square.

Cathedral of Barcelona

The main church of Barcelona. Actually it´s complete name is ¨La Santa Iglesia Catedral Basílica Metropolitana de la Santa Cruz y Santa Eulalia¨. Santa Eulalia is one of the most important saints of the city. She was 13 years old girl who wanted to explain to Romans idea of Christianity. And she have a very sad story.

Gothic Quarter (Barri Gotic)

Small streets of this area are similar to labyrinth. Here you can see Romans buildings, reformation for the Worlds Fair of 1929 year and new modern art. A lot of objects here are full of history and legends.

Passeig del Born

El Born before was a part of area what called La Ribera. When Catalonia was independent for a few time, it was big and calm area of fishermans. But more than 300 years ago half of it was broken. Now El Born is an area of small shops where you can bye original products from local designers, area of Spanish food and nice walking alleys.

Parc de la Ciutadella

300 years ago this place was the second part of La Ribera area. But when Catalonia lost it´s independence buildings were broken, people were moved and Spain built here a huge fortress as a symbol of the power. In the end of 19 century it was useless and government of Barcelona decided to make a park here.

La Barceloneta

This area was made of fishermans of La Ribera when their houses were broken. It changed a lot before Olympic games in 1992. Now it have beautiful beach a lot of restaurants and night clubs.
