    This was a great tour. Jani, our tour guide, was amazing - very knowledgeable and friendly. The fresh focaccia he had waiting for us on pickup was a wonderful treat. Genoa, Portofino, Santa Margherita and Camogli were beautiful. We saw so much of the area and learned so much from our guide. We were traveling as a group of 5 - me, my husband, two teenagers and my mom. I would recommend this tour.

    Unfortunately the tour guide failed to show up at the agreed time which had been reconfirmed in the previous 24 hours. After making multiple calls I was informed that the driver/guide was on another trip and would not show up for another 90 minutes. The company showed very little empathy or remorse to the situation where a multigenerational family including an 84 year old were left waiting in n the summer heat.

    Driver was good but did not give us any info on history etc. Took us to the 3 main tourist towns which were beautiful. Much easier and cheaper than tour from cruise ship. Was easy to find driver when we got off ship.

    Alex was my driver and guide for an amazing day! Alex tailored the day by giving me a true introduction to Liguria. We stopped at a few small towns on the coast and visited Portofino. But the highlight was Camogli and lunch in Recco at Da O Vittorio. The fish soup was spectacular!!! A PERFECT DAY!

    Arrival at the harbor of Santa Margherita at about 9:45 am, from where, in about 20 minutes, you can reach Portofino by boat

    Visit of Portofino and return by boat to Santa Margherita at 12:30, tour of the village of Santa Margherita and lunch in a typical trattoria.

    Camogli

    After lunch, through the pass of La Ruta, overlooking the Mount of Portofino, we reach Camogli by car, visit of the picturesque old town and at around 3:30 pm we return back to Genoa along the coastal road, with a stop to the center before to back on board.
