We didn’t know what to expect, but our tour guide Leo made us feel like we were stepping into a movie with the rich Nice cultural food and history along the way. We learned a lot and thoroughly enjoyed our time tasting the food and drinking the wine.

Really nice intro to the old town. We sampled olive oil, wine pairings with charcuterie samples and sat down for an authentic Nice lunch and finished it off with several desserts. Elea was a gracious native Nice host - a great advocate of her beautiful city. She kept us smiling.

Our tour guide was lovely. Very knowledgable and very pleasant. However, we have now gone on 5+ food walking tours in Europe and this was the worst value. All food tours cost around $100 per person, yet I’ve left all my food tour stuffed- could not eat another bite. On this tour we got some bread and cheese, tasted some olive oil, got an ice cream, and ate a small slice of pizza. After five other tours across Europe, we’ve realized this tour cost was just not justified. I am not writing this review to tell people not to go- but to tell the company they must completely change their tour. Please attend some other food tours and you will realize your tour is not giving the same amount of food as all the others. All other food tours I felt over fed for what we paid. This was frankly a rip off.

Took this tour on our first morning in Nice. The cold rain did nothing to deter us from having a wonderful experience. From the first stop to the last we tasted our way through Old Nice learning some of the history of food in the area and enjoying tastes of the local food that is so much a part of the the lives of the locals. Lunch was delicious and the sweets we tasted later were amazing. Rachel was a very knowledgeable and interesting guide providing bits of history of the area as well as answering questions and giving recommendations for other places to try. Definitely recommend to do early in your visit to Nice in order to take advantage of the knowledge you gain.

Old Nice Food Tour was amazing! I have never been on a food tour with the amount of food that this tour provided. We were stuffed! We loved the Soca, olive oil, chocolates, gelato and many other Niçoise treats. Leo was our tour guide and he did an excellent job. The standout was the Olio Donato store. Filippo gave us a tour of his store and we loved everything. He let us sample so many yummy foods and the history he provided was amazing! Chefs kiss!
