The site is a Catholic church; a dress code is required to enter to the venue: Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women, visitors cannot enter barefoot, no flip flops permitted, no see-through clothing permitted.

Due to limited capacity of the elevators, there can be a waiting time between the basilica and museum guided tour and elevator access.

Access to the towers is subjected to weather conditions or other force majeure reasons.
