    Great experience, wonderful guide with lots of knowledge, very interesting, great light lunch and good selection of regional wines to try! Very beautiful area- we didnt take taxi but walked instead from Siena city centre and we loved the views on the way up to the winery too!

    An amazing experience. Got to learn all about their vineyard, had an amazing home cooked lunch, and tasted great wine. We ended up ordering 8 wines and 4 olive oils to send to the US for a great price. Would definitely go back!

    In a very simple way, directly in the vineyards, we will talk about the agronomic cycle of our organic grapes with the help of genetics, physiology, ecology, pruning, handling of the soil and harvesting.

    In the cellar we will take into consideration the basic concepts for a quality wine making, analyzing the chemical, physical and microbiological details of our wines, during all the main steps of the process from grape to wine: stemming-crushing, alcoholic fermentation, maceration, malolatic fermentation, racking off, stabilizing, bottling and refinement.
