Our tour guide was Luis, we were collected promptly, small hiccup with a low tire pressure, soon remedied. He was very friendly, passionate and knowledgeable about the island. Excellent value for money. As a nervous passenger, I was reassured by his safe thoughtful driving. The stops were all beautiful and interesting. We passed through some of the most incredible scenery we have ever seen. The change in temperature due to the height of the mountains was awesome. Sensible shoes and light raincoat recommend for low clouds. Can't say enough positive things, great day, great driver, great price and certainly good value foe money. Thank you.

Went on 2 tours ,west and north both with Hugo our driver and guide. He is a credit to the company so knowledgeable and funny. Both tours were excellent value for money at 29 euros each,much cheaper than other companies. The island is a truly beautiful place and we recommend doing at least one tour to see what a gem it is.

Just back from an excellent experience touring the west of the island of Madeira with Hugo as our guide. Hugo was friendly, engaging and so knowledgeable about the Island. He told us so much about the history, flora and fauna. I was fascinated to learn about the banana plantations. The levadas and amazing knowledge of the countryside. The tour was worth every euro this being my first and hopefully not last trip to Madeira. Thank you Hugo Margaret Kelly

The West tour was excellent. It was well organised and the minibus was very modern and comfortable. Hugo, the driver and guide, was very friendly, humorous, and informative, explaining all about the flowers, trees, agriculture, culture, climate etc. He often made short stops on the road to show various plants, trees and animals. The main stops were all worthwhile and picturesque. Certainly to be recommended.

Excellent service from this company on Go West and Nuns Valley tours. Well priced too. The owner took me to the first stop as I had missed the bus due to a misunderstanding about the pick up time.

Great tour with Happy tours Madeira - we got a good deal while looking for our tour in the parade of shops selling different tours. Our driver Hugo was great, picked us up from outside our hotel. He was very informative and friendly and gave lots of facts about the island. The West tour was very enjoyable with lots of great viewpoints and stops on the way. Highly recommend. Only complaint would be on this tour we stopped at the natural pools which you can swim in - we were not told about this at time of booking! We did ask if anywhere to stop for a swim and were told no. We were really disappointed to miss out as Port Moniz we had 1.5hr stay and could have easily taken a swim and had lunch in that time. So make sure you pack costume! Would recommend this tour.

The pick up was exactly on time, the group was only 8, the vehicle super clean and was very comfortable, the sights,sounds and information great and our guide for the day Nico excellent. He was a very safe driver, professional and friendly and full of information delivered with some humour. We would definitely use and again and 100% recommend

We had a great day on the West tour. Luis our driver/guide was very knowledgable and helpful - my wife was using a wheelchair and he was always there to help, carrying the wheelchair down steps when needed. The booking process online was easy and the company responded quickly to e-mails. Thanks for a great day. We can definitely recommend both the company and the west tour.
