Hemos hecho una visita a un olivar y una almazara para finalizar con una cata de aceite, todo ello acompañados de Antonio, gran conocedor de todo lo relacionado con los olivos y el aceite que , a lo largo de la visita, es capaz de transmitir no sólo sus conocimientos sino también su entusiasmo. Hemos estado cinco horas con él que nos pasaron sin darnos cuenta. Sin duda es una actividad imprescindible cuando se visita Cazorla

Antonio es lo mejor.Un grandísimo profesional que ama todo lo relacionado con el olivo,el aceite y la tierra.La actividad empezó a las 8.55 de la mañana , Antonio nos recogió en el hotel y nos llevó en su vehículo , por tanto hemos aprovechado sus conocimientos y experiencia desde el minuto 0.Visitamos diferentes olivares,una almazara y terminamos con una cata ,en total 5 horas.Se hizo cortísimo,habría estado 5 horas más escuchándole. Recomendable 100%.No puedes venir a Cazorla y perderte está experiencia que resume la cultura y tradicion de esta preciosa comarca.

Visita de 4 h muy interesante y amena. Primero se visita un olivar, después una almazara y finalmente se realiza una cata de aceites. Disfrutamos y aprendimos con Antonio que tiene amplios conocimientos sobre la materia.

Todo ha sido maravilloso. Antonio, que es ingeniero agrónomo, es un auténtico crack que consigue transmitir la pasión con la que él vive su trabajo. Todo fueron facilidades desde el inicio, contactamos con él con poca antelación y consiguió hacernos un "hueco" para hacer la visita guiada a la almazara, olivos centenarios y cata. Y resalto lo de "hueco" porque la visita se alargó hasta las 5 horas, que realmente se pasan volando con lo a gusto que te hace sentir. Realmente es un privilegio poder descubrir cómo es el cultivo de aceitunas, el proceso de fabricación del aceite y cómo se debe de catar de la mano de alguien con tanto conocimiento como Antonio, quien respondió todas nuestras dudas (que no fueron pocas) con mucha paciencia. Además, pudimos acudir con nuestro perrete Bilbo, excepto a la almazara (que no depende de él). En resumen, si estás por Cazorla, no dudes en hacer este tour diferente. Y aprovecha para comprar alguno de sus aceites, que son estupendos. Un abrazo muy fuerte de Diego, Bilbo y de mi parte!

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la visita y de la cata. Las explicaciones las hemos seguido todos en la familia y a nuestras hijas también les ha resultado muy interesante. Lo aconsejamos a cualquiera que vaya a Cazorla como una actividad imprescindible: tipos de aceites, proceso de obtención del aceite, diferenciación de unos aceites y otros, etc. Encantados con Antonio, el ingeniero agrónomo que se lo sabe todo pero lo explica a nuestro nivel. Nos ha encantado realizar la cata de aceites con Antonio que nos ha hecho disfrutar de una experiencia maravillosa. Actividad totalmente aconsejable, te cambia cualquier idea preconcebida sobre la producción/elaboración del auténtico oro líquido. La cata es la puntilla para enamorarte perdidamente de un alimento que siempre debe estar en nuestra dieta. Fantástica experiencia. Antonio es un gran profesional. Nos hizo una visita cargada de aprendizaje, tanto en los olivares como en la Almanzara. Nos hizo una cata de aceites divertida, currada y llena de descubrimientos sensitivos. Claramente un trabajazo, bien estructurado y muy muy ameno .
