    Antonio is a great expert on the olive grove, it is a pleasure to listen and learn from him. First you visit the olive tree plantation, then the oil mill with all its processes and machinery, and you end with a professional tasting. Treatment and experience of 10.

    Well, we came to Olearum on a rebound, and the experience could not have been more enriching. We have immersed ourselves in the world of olive oil with the help of Antonio, who after the experience has shown us to be a great communicator and a true expert in this complex and exciting world.     Hemos hecho una visita a un olivar y una almazara para finalizar con una cata de aceite, todo ello acompañados de Antonio, gran conocedor de todo lo relacionado con los olivos y el aceite que , a lo largo de la visita, es capaz de transmitir no sólo sus conocimientos sino también su entusiasmo. Hemos estado cinco horas con él que nos pasaron sin darnos cuenta. Sin duda es una actividad imprescindible cuando se visita Cazorla

    Antonio es lo mejor.Un grandísimo profesional que ama todo lo relacionado con el olivo,el aceite y la tierra.La actividad empezó a las 8.55 de la mañana , Antonio nos recogió en el hotel y nos llevó en su vehículo , por tanto hemos aprovechado sus conocimientos y experiencia desde el minuto 0.Visitamos diferentes olivares,una almazara y terminamos con una cata ,en total 5 horas.Se hizo cortísimo,habría estado 5 horas más escuchándole. Recomendable 100%.No puedes venir a Cazorla y perderte está experiencia que resume la cultura y tradicion de esta preciosa comarca.

    Visita de 4 h muy interesante y amena. Primero se visita un olivar, después una almazara y finalmente se realiza una cata de aceites. Disfrutamos y aprendimos con Antonio que tiene amplios conocimientos sobre la materia.

    We begin the visit by visiting a centenary olive grove next to Cazorla, where we can enjoy this unique landscape and the wonderful views of the place, to continue visiting the largest and most modern cooperative in the region, where we can observe the entire olive oil production process. . We finish the visit with an early harvest oil tasting in our exclusive tasting room, learning about the possible defects of olive oil, how its positive attributes are evaluated and testing our senses to discover the different aromatic nuances that the two main varieties of the area, royal and picual.
