Excellent tour and Greg offered outstanding customer support to help get us started. Visitor’s Center, the starting point, is next to the new Embrace statue.

This was such a fun and informative adventure for me! I got to my business trip half a day early so that I could explore on my own. I had never been to Boston and was excited to walk the freedom trail. I didn’t know what time I’d be able to arrive, so I opted for this self-paced audio tour which was also the most affordable option. It was a great experience, despite the rain! I walked nearly the whole trail with time to tour King’s Chapel (45 minutes for full tour, $10), the Paul Revere House and Museum (self guided about 15 minutes for me, a highlight, $6, great gift shop at the end), and lunch at the Chipotle that now occupies the Old Corner Bookstore (not the best food/service but very cool to eat at a historic site). During lunch I turned my phone off to save battery. I highly recommend bringing a portable battery. The app definitely drained my phone quickly. I couldn’t finish the trail because my phone was nearly dead. I had a chance to charge a bit at lunch but when I turned my phone back on the tour didn’t remember where I left off or automatically detect my location. I called for assistance and they answered instantly and explained how I could select a site to begin with in the app! The customer service was fantastic. I didn’t get lost with the great instructions. It was very informative and entertaining. I loved the music while I walked. I’m so pleased and highly recommend, even when traveling alone. Thank you for a great experience!

Great tour! Better than a group tour bc you go at your own pace and can stop to look at more around you. Tons of fascinating history!

Fantastic way to explore Boston if you're on your own, or in a small group! I did not wish to be dependent on a guided tour, and this was the perfect way for me to see the most important bits, at my own pace.

Easy to use. For the most part straightforward instructions. Well worth the purchase. We used it over the course of 2 days

Loved it all in terms of the actual tour itself, the audio, etc. I love how it links up with GPS navigation. The only reason I'm docking it a star is that they really need to get this figured out. In terms of the apps. You have to download two separate apps. Create two separate logins. And then it's very hard to find out what experience code is so I had to call customer service. I literally looked everywhere inside both apps and my emails to try to find that code. Cost is amazing, but again I can't imagine others not having the same issue as me. I am tech savvy. So that's the only thing I can think of that needs to be worked on.
