First the bad, then the good. We booked the noon tour from Faneuil Hall. The tour guide didn’t show up. Total no-show. A few minutes after noon, I called the number that I was able to find for the organizer. I fought with the telebot to get through to a person, and after several minutes rejecting all the non-applicable menu options, I finally got through to a human. It took a while for her to understand that I was indeed at the right place at the right time, and that our guide was a no-show. She then told me to find the number for the tour operator and to call them. I replied that she’s the one who took my money, she should figure this out. Eventually we figured out that with a walk we could catch the 12:30 tour leaving from Boston Commons. So we hoofed it across town to catch the next tour. We made it, and I’m glad we did. Jeff, the other guide, was excellent. It was an enriching experience in the end.

Great highlights tour of the Freedom Trail. Cemetery adjacent to Park Street Church was definitely a highlight. There is a lot of history described although not all of the sites associated with it can be seen on this tour.

Excellent tour guide (Adri) who was able to provide great historical knowledge along with fun stories to keep us all engaged (adults and young teenagers). The tour route covered a good amount of the freedom trail and we walked the rest the next day on our own.

Our tour guide (can't remember his name, but I remember he was Belgian because I asked!) was great! My son and I were very interested in the stories he told, and he delivered them with enthusiasm and passion and seemed to genuinely love the history he was recounting. He was also very polite both to our tour group and particularly to people walking down the street trying to get past us, frequently moving to the side or out of the way - you could tell he didn't want local Bostonians to be annoyed. Would recommend others visiting Boston to do this tour!

Fantastic experience. Even better than taking the bus tours. Great tour guide. You spend the whole time learning about the history. No need to get on and off the bus to explore. If you are exploring Boston, this is your best bet. It is only a one mile walk.

Dave is an amazing tour guide! He was interactive with the group and is great with all ages. He kept everyone’s attention the entire time and made history come to life.

Tour was interesting however way too many people in the group. would actually prefer to pay more and be a smaller group as there had to be at least 35 people in our group and along with the traffic and surrounding noise you missed half the explanations etc.

Adri was so great! He was so fun and shared many interesting facts about Boston. I will definitively recommend this tour and Adri guidance. You will enjoy it!

Adri was our guide on this tour. My aunt and I were the only one to show up to the noon tour (weather forecast wasn’t great) so we had him all to ourselves. He did great and because it was just us he took the time to go into greater detail at each spot and matched our slower walking pace. I would definitely recommend this tour and Adri
