Daniel took us on an awesome trip to many of the island’s highlights with some lesser known (but really cool) spots thrown in. The pace and customization of the trip was perfect. The conversation and his knowledge of the area was some of the best we’ve encountered. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this trip to our family and friends.

Visited the Azores island, our guide Marico was on time, 4 wheel Mercedes, 4 of us, he was very informative, great tour! We did have a little issue which made my wife a little anxious...where we had another tour guide follow us but we had to stop for him a few times to catch up and at one spot Stop for 30 minutes to wait for our guy to help with the other vehicle. Kind of took away from our seamless tour. Then drivers had to switch so we could get back to the ship in time. Anyway what turned out to be an amazing experience and tour ended up a bit stressful which we didn't want nor expect.

This was the best tour we’ve ever done. Daniel our guide was knowledgeable, interesting, and patient with our kiddos, and the Land Rover got us to many places we would not have seen otherwise. We could not get to Lagoa do Fogo due to visibility so Daniel gave us some great alternative options. We were exhausted after a long travel day the day before and this was an easy and fun way to see a huge amount with two little kids. Highly recommend Green Azores!

Gui is a great guide. He showed is so many places! And told us several interesting stories about the Azores, the nature, the culture. Because of the fog we needed to go to alternative places. Gui did suggestions and we did the pick. We would recommend everybody Greenzone Tours and Gui! Thank you Aukje and Peter

I cannot say enough good things! Our guide was incredible and gave us an authentic Azorean experience. The views were stunning and it was hands down the highlight of our trip!

What a great tour, Daniel was a wonderful guide. He was very flexible, we had poor visibility at the top of the crater so he switched things around so we could see it when it cleared up. Daniel was a wealth of history about the island, and gave us a tour of the tea plantation on is own. It was like being with a good friend. Thank you Daniel!

Romeo was our guide and was extremely knowledgeable, kind, super friendly and took into consideration everyone’s needs. The tour was fantastic and definitely worth the trip to see these wonders of the Azores!

Daniel was an exceptional guide. He was careful informative friendly everything you would want in a guide. We had a wonderful day. We had great weather but two days later we had terrible rain on our trip to furnas and the tea plantation and he still made it a great day out. Hot pool lots of fun despite bring soaked before we got there. Highly recommend Green zone and Daniel.

Our private tour was the best one and our guide Eduardo was exceptionally great! The sceneries were beautiful and exotic. Eduardo took the four of us to numerous highlights and he knew how to avoid crowded times. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and frequently shared his love for Azores with us. He took us on several backroads to save time, avoid traffic, and show us special view points. Once, he stopped our car to round up a couple of cows who escaped their boundary fence. How quaint! He provided us a traditional and delicious Portuguese lunch. What a treat! We definitely would like to come back to see more of Azores. Thank you Eduardo!

Wonderful full day tour with an exceptional guide, Rodrigo Borges. He was an outstanding person to show us around San Miguel Island and tell us its history — he was extremely well-educated so there was no question he couldn’t answer ! He took every step to make sure we had a wonderful day .
