We chose to do the tour on our first day in Seville and used the wonderful bars and amazing food as the template for our meals for the rest of our trip. Elio is the perfect guide, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and organised. He’d planned a well balanced itinerary, paced it perfectly and then provided the details of where we’d been and what we’d eaten - simple to replicate for the following nights. A ten out of ten from us.

Danielle was the perfect tour guide. We lucked out with the booking and the tour was just her and us. She was very knowledgeable about the area and has a passion for food. We were stuffed by the end! I will recommend this tour to all my friends. We had the best time!

What a great evening!!! The food was varied and nicely paired. We learned a lot, no only about the food and wines but about many other things to do. Elio answered all our questions with a smile, he took great care of us making the experience extra enjoyable. I would recommend it, to discover the city and everything else that has to offer :) happy customer!!

The charming Elio was our guide on this informative tour of tapas bars, churros and jamon. Several highlights including a visit to his wife’s charcuterie and valuable insights into the rules of Iberian jamon. We covered both sides of Sevilla ending up in Triana and a marvellous meal of mushrooms with aioli & pork skewers washed down with Sangria. It was a beautiful evening and highly recommend Elio’s guidance.

Elio was a great guide for this wonderful tour of Sevillan foods. His knowledge of the history of Seville, local insights and familiarity of food in Seville was wonderful to hear. We loved that we started with a snack of churros and ended with delicious pork loin. The places we visited provided wonderful atmosphere and hospitality.

Elio was so personable, it felt like we knew him for a while. He took us to some amazing places that we would not have found otherwise plus gave us some history with each place. We loved each part of this tour and would highly recommend for anyone in Seville. Thank you Elio!!

Elio was a fantastic guide who took our family of four all around town to savour the best of Seville. He is knowledgeable and friendly. The spots he brought us to were very unique in terms of food, drinks, and decor. From traditional tapas bar with plenty of history to fun food markets, it was a great tour taking us to a places that we wouldn’t have found ourselves. Our favourite was the champi y chippy - the mushroom and calamari dishes in a gem of a tapas bar in Triana. A bit off the beaten path and so much fun to eat and drink with the locals. Be ready to walk!

We thoroughly enjoyed our total experience with Elio! It was the perfect blend of history, fantastic tapas, and different drinks. I can assure you would never order the majority of the tapas or drinks tor learn some of the history that was shared on your own. You will have plenty, I say PLENTY of food. If you leave hungry in anyway it is completely your fault 😂 Elio was an amazing local guide and was very accommodating and followed up immediately after our tour with all kinds of recommendations for the group. Definitely the best way to immerse yourself in Seville and its history as you begin your stay.

This tour was a highlight of our trip to Sevilla. The food and drink was all delicious from start to finish, and Elio (our guide) was excellent. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the city (he grew up here), and gave a very good explanation about jamón, paleta, the various cuts of meat and the processes of producing them. Elio also gave us additional recommendations for brunch the next day, which we tried and were very happy with. After the tour, we wished that we had taken it earlier in our trip, because the spots and dishes that he showed us ended up being such an important part of how we connected with the city! Additionally, the route we walked through the city was lovely, with many opportunities for photos and a good transition between different neighborhoods. Elio was very kind and it was a pleasure to be led through Sevilla with him!

We followed Elio around many wonderful restaurants in Seville and it was an amazing, insightful experience! From the delicious tapas we tasted, the wines and the impressive amount of knowledge Elio had, we were truly grateful for the food tour. It’s a great way to discover the city through the food. Thank you Elio!!
