This tour cancelled on us at the last minute without a reason. This cancellation left us with a very bad experience. Do NOT take this tour!

We were picked up promptly and spent a perfect day seeing the beautiful sights of Sintra. Our guide gave a lot of history along the way and made it very special for us. The little extra things he added were a nice touch. He picked a restaurant for us and joined us for lunch at our request. I couldn’t ask for a more perfect day filled with so many memories

Sintra is probably one of the top must see destinations of Lisbon. We did this on a guided tour from the city centre. This bundles in transport, guide and entry to the palace, which is handy but I guess you could go DIY. But it's busy always with timed entry so get organised. A fascinating glimpse into royal European life in recent history, with an equally arresting Moorish and Oriental tinge.

I was sold a full day tour of Sintra & Pena Palace for myself and my parents, who are 70. Our guide spoke no English or Spanish ( the 2 languages I speak). He drove us to and from Sintra and that is all. No info. No tour. Very disappointing, but the site itself was stunning. I recommend visiting Sintra, but not on this mislabeled "tour" which will provide nothing more than transportation.

When I booked a private tour of Sintra for my parents & I, I expected an informative day seeing Pena Palace, learning its history etc. All we got was a ride. Our "tour guide" spoke no English or Spanish, offered no information and refused to stop for lunch in the town of Sintra , even though we paid for sn 8 hour tour. All in all, the castle was stunning but it lasted 4 hours including transport. A real let down. Super disappointed.

This tour was terrific. Our driver picked us up at the hotel and drove us to the Royal Palace, to Sintra and then to the western most point on the European Continent. He drove scenic routes pointing out important landmarks along the way. When driving past scenic spots, he stopped so we could take pictures. Having a private driver and guide really is a luxury yet the price was very competitive, reasonable even. Will definitely use Bedriven next time I am in Portugal. BTW, I loved Portugal. For some reason people told me there isn't much to see in Lisbon. Not true! We loved the city, the history, the people and the food. Wish we could have stayed longer.

What a wonderful place!! One of the most impressive places we visited in Portugal, I believe it is a must-see for all tourists. And they couldn't have built a palace in a place as beautiful as Sintra, on a hill where you can see the whole city, without words. Our guide also deserves congratulations, in addition to the palace he showed us the city of Sintra, which is very beautiful. My wife and I loved the tour.

É impressionante as belezas desse castelo.
