Visiting Ferragamo and Prada, our guide was wonderful! Her knowledge of the fashion history of Florence was excellent. Also some great photos taken in the Gucci museum, an unforgettable experience.

This tour was expensive and basically could be done without a guide who was getting her bracelet repaired. No breaks, lots of walking, and little information from the guide. I love fashion, but I could shop better on my own.

The Gucci Gallery and Ferragamo museum where nice! Sad to find out it was only 8 Euros per person each place ! We paid $455 Cad still waited inline to get in! ? I would recommend not using a guide!

Having a guide really brought the experience to life. And added the history of the 2 fashion houses which gave meaning and understanding as to what we were experiencing. Suzanna was very knowledgeable and informative and really passionate about these Ferragamo, and Gucci , and really connected with us. Definitely worth it if you want to visit these 2 places.

They called to cancel our tour last minute. The night before we were supposed to do the tour. They said there was a private event at the Gucci Garden. We were all very disappointed.

Poor communication regarding meeting place. We were not told we would be picked up at our hotel. Poor communication. Guide made it a great experience.

Our dear guide Francesca Parigi delighted us with her knowledge of Florentine culture, fashion and history. The tour is recommended to discover anecdotes and intriguing curiosities of the city, the Ferragamo family and Gucci. We particularly appreciated the interaction during the experience, the kindness and professionalism of the tourist guide. A surprise at the end was the icing on the cake, we invite you to discover it! At the end of the visit, the eyes were filled with beauty and the mind with knowledge!
