One of the most famous paintings is a Caravaggio painting entitled The Taking of Christ. Castello Sforzesco

The Castello Sforzesco is a fortress, built on the site of a medieval castle, in Milan. It has housed the Sforza-Visconti family and their court since 1395. , and has been the official residence of the head of the House of Sforza since 1450. However, by 1625 it was too deteriorated to be habitable, and was abandoned. It still stands in a ruined state and is now owned by the city government. The Castello is situated on a hill overlooking Piazza della Scala and Via Garibaldi.
