Terminal Crociere - Porto Corsini
My driver will pick you up at the port, and take you to the city center of Ravenna where I will be waiting for you.
Basilica di Sant'Apollinare Nuovo
This church was commissioned as a palatine church by the king of Goths, Theodoric. It features some of the most iconic mosaics in the world.
Dante's tomb and Quadrarco of Braccioforte
the tomb of Dante Alighieri, author of the very famous Divine Comedy.
Basilica of Saint Francis
In this church, built in the early 5th century, Dante Alighieri's funeral was held. The flooded crypt is a must-see.
Battistero Neoniano (Battistero degli Ortodossi)
This is the most impressive surviving baptistery from the early Christian period.
Cappella Arcivescovile Di Sant'andrea
We enter the "palazzo arcivescovile", the seat of the bishop of Ravenna. Here there's one of the UNESCO sites of the city: the private chapel of the bishop, built in the 6th century.
