Guide only took us to some of the buildings and spent to much time standing in one or two places and not showing us everything in the Tower of London. We stood in one place for quite a bit of time so we could view the Tower Bridge opening, which it never did. Not what I went to the Tower of London to do.

Guide was somewhat knowledgeable but the logistics were terrible trying to board a crowded boat and waiting in line to tour the Crown Jewels. We could have done better on our own. Tour was too drawn out also.

Our tour guide, Anna, could not speak at a volume loud enough to hear anything she said. She brought 13 of us through the mosh pit of Westminster Pier without any thought whatsoever. We got behind because there was about 300 other people trying to get on the water taxi. We had to argue with the pier people telling them that we didn't have a ticket because Anna had our tickets and she was way ahead of us. We were finally able to connect to the rest of the group, and she screamed at my husband to get out of the way and not to take pictures. There were two other "Tour guy" guides and they both made sure all of their people were accounted for in getting off of the water taxi at Tower Bridge, not Anna, she just kept on moving. The thing that bothered me the most was that I couldn't hear her 80% of the time. She couldn't project to 13 people amongst 300 other people milling around. Also, the tour just left you at the Tower to get back on your own which cost us a 30 pound taxi ride. I reccomend doing the Tower on your own.

The Thames River Cruise up to the Tower of London was very nice! The tower itself was a wonderful experience . The Crown Jewels were the highlight for me! Not as many on display as there used to be, but there was a nice representation, none-the-less. The armor that was worn in battle was very impressive and it’s mind boggling how they could move all suited up like that! And the poor horse that had to carry all that extra weight! Beautiful tour, and very informative. The Ravens and the Beefeaters were also a favorite! A great tour!

Started tour at the meet up spot and was given tour info about London all the way to where we caught the water taxi. Our tour Gide was very knowledgeable and worked to make sure everyone felt comfortable and answered all our questions. He had a wealth of knowledge and stories on the Towers. We appreciated the pictures he showed us before entering the Crown Jewels so we knew what we were really looking at and it’s value. Definitely got our moneys worth and an enjoyable ride down the Thames as well.
