Emmanuelle was so pleasant and adapted our Mediterranean cooking experience to make it very personable and special for us. She is definitely a top choice to spend a fun and interesting day when in Aixe en Provance. Bravo, Emmanuelle. 🙏🏻 🥇

We can't rave enough about this experience. In a 12-day visit to Provence, this was our favorite experience and one we will always remember. Emma was super helpful making the arrangements - we were driving in from St. Tropez and made a wrong turn along the way, so we were late. Emma's schedule allowed her to meet us close to the Parking garage so we wouldn't get lost. We started by walking through historic downtown Aix-En-Provence to go to an outdoor market to pick vegetables, fruit and fish for our lunch. This walk and the market were highlights of the experience. We then went back to Emma's private kitchen where we made a salad / appetizer platter, a traditional ratatouille, baked fish and a fruit pie dessert. Emma customized the menu to cater to my wife's gluten and dairy intolerance, which was wonderful. All through the class, Emma was teaching us about the food, culture and traditions of Provence. She speaks very good English and was easy to understand. VERY highly recommend this class!

We were completely blown away by this cooking class! We were late because of the market traffic in Aix that day. Emma met us near parking and we walked to her shop and she had fruit infused water and snacks. She even had gluten free snacks for me. We then went to the amazing market in town to get the ingredients for a provencial lunch. We made appetizers with fresh fruit and veggies and a tahini dip. We made ratatouille and fresh fish for the main meal and fruit crumble for dessert! That fresh fish from the market was the best tasting fish we have ever had! And all along the way Emma made special accommodations for gluten free and dairy free food! I highly recommend this French cooking class!

The cooking class with Emma was so much fun. With her guidance, we worked together to prepare a 3 course Provençal meal, and then ate together when it was ready. If you are spending time in Aix-en-Provence, I’d highly recommend this experience!

Emanuelle was a great host and teacher! We had a great time and the food was delicious! She also gave us printed copies of the recipes so we can try to recreate them when we get home
