The hike was nice and passed through some beautiful scenery with the expert guidance of Nadia (the tour guide). However given that it was a hike I believe that the tour is overpriced.

For all those who love a good mountaineering experience with great views, this is for you! But that's not all... The cost of the hike was ridiculously expensive with absolutely nothing included (the entrances to the palace and gorge had to be paid separately... and not even a bottle of water was given!). So the price only includes using your own feet. The trekking experience was practically nonstop and barely given time to take photos! The descriptions given by Nadia were not always accurate. While she was informative on some things, she wasn't on others. On the whole, while the trip could be done free of charge (if you know the routes), it could at least be done with half the price requested. But nonetheless, I felt I needed the exercise, so that's a plus!

Nadia gave us the perfect day at Lake Como. We never would have had this unique and beautiful experience without her. The hike was a good challenge while still being able to enjoy the view. Nadia is also so knowledgeable in the history of the region and we learned so much. Thank you Nadia!!

As an ex travel agent, I thoroughly recommend Nadia to take you on an unforgettable day out. She is a “true local”and a professional tour and hiking guide. I noticed, whilst talking and chatting throughout the day that it requires considerable experience and training in the mountains to actually gain the qualifications and fitness required to hold such qualifications. Most importantly, she was delightful company; sharing her unique love of the many trails around Lake Como. There were many special moments - but I particularly loved just being in nature, well away from the regular tourist spots. I would love to come back and do some multi-day hikes in the mountains - I know I would be in safe hands and I would have a very enjoyable time. Many thanks, Nadia!

I really recommend this experience! I spent a nice day with my friends visiting Lake Como. The guide, Nadia, is a lovely and smart woman that knows loads of interesting things about this spectacular place.

Quedamos con Nadia en la estación de tren de Bellano. Visitamos el Orrido di Bellano (espectacular), e hicimos la caminata de Bellano a Varenna. Las vistas son impresionantes, y Nadia nos iba contando la historia del lago Como y de las distintas poblaciones que hay a sus orillas. Parando a comer en el castello di Vezio, y susurramos nuestros deseos a los fantasmas para que la reina Teodolinda nos ayude a cumplirlos. En Varenna, que es muy bonito (pero está masificado), un paseo por la orilla del lago, un helado riquísimo para acabar la visita. Y despues, para terminar, vila Monasterio y su jardín botánico.

Meravigliosa esperienza di Trekking con una vera guida locale. Nadia porta spesso a camminare i miei ospiti, cosi ho voluto provare l esperienza : puntuale , preparata, accogliente, mi ha raccontato storie e tradizioni del lago che solo una vera "local guide" può conoscere..... Il Castello di Vezio è sempre un posto magico,Nadia aggiunge fascino al mistero.....La trattoria tipica dove abbiamo pranzato una vera chicca , e che dire della storia dell' Orrido con tutti quei particolari? Fantastico! Esperienza consigliatissima , da prenotare per tempo perchè le escursioni di Nadia sono richiestissime.
