We started our walking tour punctually at 9:00 AM. Our guide, Mike was extremely thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable. We never rushed through the trip and took time to explain all the details. We absolutely loved the experience and recommend Lokal tours for those interested in exploring the beautiful Amish countryside and learning more about the culture and history of Lancaster !

We had a wonderful, informative tour of downtown Lancaster and a most enjoyable tour of the countryside along with a couple of stops to learn more about the Amish culture.

Mike was an awesome tour guide! He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We enjoyed every bit of the tour, from the first half walking tour of downtown Lancaster, to the farmland and Amish dairy and farm. I would suggest this tour as a starting place for anyone visiting the area.

Mike the owner was our guide, very knowledgeable and friendly. I have learned so much and my son who is 10 yo loved it ! We got the best out of two worlds reach history of Lancaster, PA with detailed interesting facts and were introduced to life of Amish culture, tasted the best ice cream ever and it was included in to the tour price already. This tour fit perfectly in to our day! If you are in Lancaster next time it is not to miss adventure for sure !

We thoroughly enjoyed our morning with Dale as he led us through Lancaster and then Amish country. We learned so much about the area and appreciated his "insider" perspective on the area. The tour exceeded our expectations - by far!

This was an excellent tour and our driver, Dale, was very impressive with his knowledge of the history of the Amish and of the Lancaster area as well as the history of Pennsylvania. I would prefer a larger vehicle but based on where we went a larger vehicle wouldn’t work. Our small bus was very clean and comfortable and appeared well maintained. My wife and I both highly recommend this trip.

We truly enjoyed the Lancaster experience with Mike as our guide. First half of the tour was walking downtown Lancaster showing us points of interest and the many kinds of architecture in the buildings nearby. Did a walk thru of central market that was worth checking back later to explore. Second half of the tour was in a van thru the countryside. Stopped at an Amish farm and creamery. I enjoyed the best ice cream treat. Mike was very knowledgeable and easygoing. We truly enjoyed our morning.
