Summit access may be subject to last minute closures according to operating reasons or capacity control safety measures by the Eiffel Tower Management. When this occurs, the group will be unable to access the summit, even if it reopens during your tour. In the case of closure of the Summit, the portion of your tour price for the Summit access will be refunded.
It is Imperative that you provide a Valid Phone number so you can be contacted on the day of your tour
Due to increased security measures at many attractions some lines may form on tours with 'Skip the Line' or 'No Wait' access. Some specific rooms inside the museum are subjected to a very quiet or restricted right to speak inside, in this cases your guide will provide the information about this places before entering the specific rooms where this rule applies. Some collections may vary along the year.
The Eiffel Tower may be subjected to occasional closures without previous warning from the Eiffel management. When this occurs, we will provide guests with an appropriate alternative if the opening time is delayed more than 1h from the tour starting time. In these cases we are unable to provide refunds or discounts as entry tickets are all pre-purchased prior travel date.
There are no storage lockers at the Eiffel Tower. Large luggage will not be allowed through security.
The Cruise Leaves 30 minutes after tour start time. Please be sure to arrive on time. Example if your tour is booked for 7pm, arrive no later than 7:20pm otherwise you will miss your tour and no refunds or reschedule is accommodated

Would give zero stars if I could. Tour never happened…pick up point for tickets does not exist…the Carousel at the Eiffel was removed 6 months ago. We were given no alternate ticket pick up point. We showed up on time and asked the police who confirmed the Carousel had been removed. A circular mark on the ground exists where the Carousel was. Google maps marks it as closed yet we charged over $400 for nothing. Hopefully Viator makes good on this without having to escalate this further. This created a huge of stress amongst us today.
