    Lance was great, we had a small group of 11 people so it was more intimate. He made a point to get to know everyone as well. The tour was more about Savannah's Dark History than ghost tour though he did take time to show us photographs and videos of ghostly sightings which were creepy. I didn't mind the dark history aspect, he provided more details than most other tour groups and provided a lot of necessary context. Prepare yourself when he talks about the Hag possessions! They are some of the creepiest paranormal stories

    Great tour and great guide! Mix of interesting historical info and the paranormal. Nice pacing and opportunity to ask questions.

    Learning about the history was really fun. The guide was clearly passionate about what he was telling us which made it even more enjoyable. Some facts were really scary to be honest

    We loved all the dark history and photo eveidence to go along with it. Lance did a amazing job with the tour. Definitely a must do if you like ghoast and history.

    We very much enjoyed our walking tour; Lance knew the history and told the stories of haunted Savannah in an interesting and engaging manner. He related the timelines and connections well so the various sites and events made sense. The walking is easy and the various points of interest are in a relatively compact area. This is a great tour and I’d recommend it to anyone who likes their ghost stories with a side of historical overview. It was nice to walk around the city later at night when things are quieter and there is minimal traffic. **Bring bug spray….Lance shared his with our group but I’d suggest spraying yourself before you go and carrying your own.
