Amazing day, amazing time. For 2 x 60 year olds we were back in our youths again. Me screaming like a teenager. We walked seamlessly through security and through the entrances. No queues whatsoever. Although some of the rides said a 30 min wait, most of them were less than 15 mins which was misleading and the jurassic park ride said you could get extremely wet when in fact it was mostly people sitting on the ends and st the front so again quite misleading and might put some people off. But i would thoroughly recommend it for people of our age who are in good health because we had a blast.

Lots to see and do, great rides and lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Would recommend the studio tour which takes around an hour but takes you behind the scenes of tv and film sets and has a few surprises too!

Quick way to purchase tickets to Universal Studios. However, the link from the email would not load the tickets, so ensure that you take a screenshot of it and save to photos to get through the lines quickly vs trying to load it in front of staff at the gates.

Absolutely hate it. Nothing to see there. Just shops and boring shows. Totally overprized. Not comparable to Warner studios, where you see lots of original sets for half the prize

We had so much fun, maybe the rain influenced on that we love the rain and not a lot of people so it was like having the park for ourselves.

I really liked the Harry Potter ride the only thing that was wrong was that it was so quick you only get to go around once and I Waited almost an hour for this.

I would recommend you pass on Universal in L. A. and spend an extra day at Disney or another experience than the money it costs to do this park. The rides are minimal and the lines pick up. The Mario Nintendo world (or whatever you call it) is unique and such, but it's definitely not worth paying $30 to get in early to it, in my opinion, unless you are just a huge Mario fan. The Bowzer ride is nothing to write home about, and I would not wait in line for it again. Highlights: Jurassic Park ride was fun. The Revenge of the Mummy is good, albeit too short a ride. The Universal Studios Tour is, honestly, inappropriate in spots for children, although we really enjoyed the end of it. The show Waterworld was a highlight. My wife like the City Walk section more than the actual park. My kids thought it was an average experience at best, and that's not enough for me to recommend it. (That said, go to Universal Studios in Orlando: We all loved our experience there).
