It was a great trip. Our driver - Hero was highly positive, welcoming, entertaining, and engaging, telling us various stories about canyons, places, and cities we passed and making extra stops to see more of the dam and Lake Powell.

Driver from Vegas named Hiro was great! Tour guide at Upper Antelope is great as well. Antelope Canyon itself is amazing!

I was put on a minivan with 6 other people including the driver. All of the other passengers were Chinese speaking, although they all spoke English, they chose not to. The driver ,Max, spoke 99% of the time in Chinese. In fact I actually had to remind him that I didn't understand Chinese and he needed to tell me what he's saying. I was traveling alone. All of the conversation and accommodation was given to the other passengers. This left me with no opportunity to converse. I listened to max speaking with the other passengers in Chinese for 10+ hours. Max seems to be a nice man but is not a tour guide. I should not have been put with this group as it left me isolated for the entire day. Essentially I paid $350 for a driver. And perhaps some cultural sensitivity training should be offered. It is rude to speak exclusively in a language that 1 passenger doesn't understand. I would not recommend Viator to anyone and plan to put negative reviews on every site I can.

time alloyed in horse show bend was very less , guide must be provided as the tour was without guide . Lower antilope canyon is mesmerising, must see for all nature lovers

I would consider to feeling safe when driven 4 hrs to a destination.Driver was driving dangerously doing 85 to 90 serving in and out of lanes etc. In addition, told us we had to tip 15 dollars and he collected from each passenger 2 hrs before we returned to our final destination which was unprofessional. This was not stated in the booking. Please consider companies who value customers safety and overall great experiences.

The tour spots, the Upper Antelope Canyon and the Horseshoe Bend were so wonderful majestic works of nature. Such a memory experiencing one of hidden treasures out west. Nothing like it. Overall, it was awesome places to have visited. The only drawback is your guide can use a little bit of respect. Do not expect him to be too friendly but a bit of courtesy could certainly help. There was an extra charge of $15.00 per person that no one expected. Thought this was outrageous considering the amount we already paid for the tour. We would like to know if the extra charge was a voluntary or his own? I had always used Viator before but don't remember being forced to pay extra; it was purely voluntary. Maybe a new policy, if it is it should be made aware beforehand. Gratuity is to my last recollection was always voluntary.

We had enough breaks on the way, and we have a good guide and driver Sam. The views are really unique!

The upper canyon was beautiful and the guide knowledgeable. FYI Upper canyon does have a steep ramp upon exiting which I found difficult to manage. Our guide stayed with me and stated it was lucky he didn't have a tour after ours? My issue was with the transportation and ADDITIONAL fees. Driver stated we had to pay $10 per person per entry "in cash" for Indian Territory entrance, an extra $40. This should be noted in what is not covered, I show the driver my reservationand what was include and not included and he said "read signs", english was not his first language. Van windows could be washed so a person could enjoy the scenery.

Our tour guide Marvin and our driver Robbie were top notch! It was a great experience and I highly recommend this tour. Our Navajo guide at the Canyon was very professional and knowledgeable.

Picked up by completely different company. Driver was terrible. On the way back, driver demanded 12 dollars of each person or he was going to leave us at service station in Utah (2 1/2 hours from destination.)
