Vegas Rock Star Nightclub Tour

Completely bogus. This is not a vip tour only a rip off. Cost me over $600 and there was only 1 club in the tour. We meet at a random bar ( not a club or vip experience) and that counted as culb #1. #2 was the actual tour bus with no free drinks as promised. The tour was to be from 9:30 until 2:30 totaling 5 hours. After about an hour at meet spot we were told we'd be leaving for final destination. All the host does is sit on his phone and hope no one asks questions. After realizing this we left without ever even entering the bus or a night club. Do not waste your money or time. Your better off driving your self around or taking Uber. THIS IS A LIE AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Don't see how it's even legal

Honestly the worst night I have ever had in Vegas. There was NO ALCOHOL on the bus as promised. Didn't get told this until we were already on the bus, Tommy said that this was due to someone "dropping the ball" and hoped it would be sorted by the time we got back on the bus..... Later found out that they hadn't had alcohol for over 2 nights so they knew they weren't going to have any and that it wasn't going to get sorted by the time we come back on.... If we had known we could have gone to the shop ourselves to get some as clearly that was too much of a task for our "VIP" hosts. Hardly anyone returned to the bus after the second club and I wish we didn't as the hosts were just stood at the front of the bus on their phones with nothing but lies about how it's "not their job" to sort the alcohol. They should have cancelled if they knew there wasn't any. On top of the stupid amount of money we spend on drinks in the second club, I also had a massive phone bill from trying to call them from overseas ahead of our tour as they hadn't sent over any information until a few hours before it was due to start. Also 2 out of the 3 "nightclubs" were basically just bars. AVOID at all cost!

Tommy was amazing! We did have communication prior, and about 5hr prior we got a location. Got in to all clubs and had free liquor! Would do it again

I know most people don’t write positive reviews and mainly negative ones, so I’ve decided I’m going to start reviewing everything i do on trip advisor, good or bad. This was terrible, I didn’t even get to a club as, with most other comments, I didn’t receive any communication about the itinerary or anything. I booked this as part of 40th birthday plans for the week we were in Vegas. On the morning of the event still had no details sent through so wrote it off as something we weren’t going to get in. Went to visit Grand Canyon and decided we’d do something else when we got back to Vegas. Emailed the company when had a bit of WiFi at a stop on way back to say we’d had no details. Eventually received communication about 2 hours before the meeting time, which was really too late to change my rearranged plans and get to the Venetian night club. Communication needs to be a lot better and earlier, even a days notice would have been acceptable. On my return home, I received an email saying I’d been charged $70 dollars for our no show. I read Ts and Cs and this is correct, but they should also have an agreement on the communication plan they have and if they don’t meet it, then they can’t fine you. Not being able to do event on our last night in Vegas was really disappointing, going to a Vegas nightclub is one of the things on the list to do. Trip May have been great, can’t comment, but communication really needs to be a lot better.

Was very disappointed no Alcohol on the bus and did not get into the indoor part of the 2nd location. Will not do this again!

Avoid we have had no contact since booking and the phone lines do not work, I'm not sure how they are even on the go City app
