City of Venice

(Pass by)

Travelers with disabilities are frequently intimidated by Venice. The city was built long before "equal access" became part of the architect's vocabulary: the city is dotted with hundreds of bridges that require climbing and descending steps and may be confusing for visitors with sensorial and cognitivie disabilities. It's no wonder that many tourists with disabilities are tempted to skip Venice when traveling through Europe. And that's a shame, because thanks to this private tour it will be certainly possible to enjoy Venice at most: In case of physical disabilities with a wheelchair, strollers or simply avoiding too many bridges and long walks: the tour will be personalised to meet your needs. In case of sensorial and cognitive disabilities (hearing loss or deafness, blindness of visual limitations; cognitive difficulties), the experience will be customized to make sure it will be usable but above all entertaining and enriching.

This walking tour was private and very friendly. Genny showed us absolutely different perspectives and paths that only Italians walk thru. Quiet atmosphere, stunning views of Dursodoro: Off the Beaten Track in Venice. The most culminative moment was our short Gondola ride across the Canal by Gritti Hotel. Genny is amazing, kind person who speaks perfectly both languages: English & Italian and fullfils all your wishes.

Ottime guide simpatiche e gentili.
