The guide was excellent . She explained everything in two languages and answered all our questions . However we didn’t receive a confirmation email - I had booked for 6.00 pm and then got a phone call at 11.10 to say the walk was at 11.0 Poor communication on the part of the management.

Lovely tour guide. Great overview of the city and the history of Spain as well! Pretty gem town in Andalucia. Tour helped understand the town.

Lucia was a very good guide- engaging and very interesting on the history and culture of this lovely city. She was happy to answer questions and it was lovely to see her enthusiasm for the place.

A really interesting walk around Jerez. Luisa was a fabulous guide. Her passion for Jerez shines through and the information about the different architecture she pointed out to us was interesting and easily understood. She was also full of little anecdotes about day to day life in the city which really added to the experience. She has a masterful grasp of English which meant we didn't miss a thing. Our tour started at 11.00am and we were told to meet in Plaza del Arenal. This is a big square and despite being there at 10.30am we only found the guide at 11.00am! A more precise meeting point is required.

The tour was absolutely amazing. Angel was so enthusiastic and so knowledgeable about the history of the city. He was such good fun too! The pace was good and we learned such a lot. I would highly recommend anyone interested in history and the art associated with the buildings to join this tour. Thank you Angel you were great!

Unfortunately, our experience with two back-to-back tours (Walking History Tour of Jerez and the Tapas Tour of Jerez) was not good. The guide for both tours was pleasant and enthusiastic, but the information she provided, her delivery, her situational awareness, and her English skills were much less than what we expected. We booked the tours based on recent reviews, all of which mentioned a different guide, Marta. If the tour operator was not able to provide the same guide or one with similar talents, they should have cancelled our tours. Had we known the tours were going to be this disappointing, we would not have booked them and toured Jerez on our own. The only clients on our tours were my wife and me. We wondered if the tour operator provided a substitute guide because there were only two of us. If the tour operator would like more specific feedback about our experience, they can contact me directly. Our time and the cost were not worth the price of the tours.
