The bus ride was OK. It takes longer than the train, but you get to see the panoramic view of the city from above. The guided tour was very poor because we didn't learn anything. When we were done with lunch we had to pay for another guide to actually teach us something about the city. Sadly enough we didn't have enough time to complete the tour before having to get back to the bus. This is why I would not recommend going on this particular tour.

The lady in the bus left us with local tour with not much information and local guide was walking so fast, no time for others to catch up and we got lost and had to climb hill to reach to the bus stop. We were waiting for lady guide to know which bus to catch when someone from the tour saw us and called us to get in otherwise we would be still waiting and the bus would leave without us. 3 stars for this. However the afternoon tour guide was excellent. Explained us in details and walked with the group. Was very informative and knowledgeable. 5 stars for him.

Toledo is amazing! The tour guide (Mar) was very knowledgeable about the history. She did a fantastic job of touring through the Cathedral! Gave us some free time to explore too. The coaches for both legs of the trip are in impeccable condition and very comfortable. Segovia was great also. Our guide (there was a different guide for Segovia) kept us all engaged throughout. Wear your most comfortable walking shoes if your doing both tours the same day! We logged over 21k steps!! When you only have a short period of time in Madrid and want to see both of these unique destinations, this is a great way to do it.

We took the Toledo/Segovia tour on January 14-a family of 3 adults and it was a disaster from the moment we boarded the bus. The bus was dirty and poorly maintained. It was a very foggy day which the tour guide stated is typical therefore we could not see a thing when we arrived in Toledo. Why even do a tour at this time of year?? The guide spoke primarily in Spanish and her English was hard to understand. She left us at a spot in Toledo with directions as to where to meet at the lower town to be picked up for the tour to Segovia. Again her English was very difficult to understand. We headed down and arrived at a spot where there were several tour buses but not ours. We were at a round about which was where the guide said to be. There are five escalators to take down to to the lower town. We did not realize that there were two sets of escalators. The guide should have explained this. We asked a guide with the Yellow Bus Tour for assistance. She phoned PVT tours and was told we were at the wrong spot and our bus was just going to leave so she asked if they could pick us up as it was only minutes away. They would not do so. THEY LEFT US BEHIND!!!!
We then had to wait 3 hours for the bus to arrive to pick up the rest of the group who were not part of the Segovia tour. We found out that another couple had also been left behind because they could not find the pick up location. There were only three parties in the group going on the Segovia part of the tour. Two parties were left behind consisting of 5 people. This is the absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have traveled to over 25 countries. I will never use this company again!

I had worst experience on my Toledo trip, the tour guide didn’t know English and was very bad in handling both languages together. She didn’t even know the details or minor knowledge of the Toledo cathedral. She wasted our time taking to some off beat dirty factory of some pendants etc. Rather we would have invested that precious time of ours in seeing the cathedral from inside.
Total waste of time and money and rude bot staff with bad language
