Great tour. Rachid our guide. was fabulous. Really enjoyed the tour. Vice ferry and bus. Beautiful city.

We were disappointed not to see the Hercules caves. The tour stopped at the caves for about 10 minutes but didn’t include entry and we weren’t allowed to go in. We were also frustrated with the unscheduled stops at local shops where they sat us down for 30 mins - 1.5 hours listening to sales pitches (for rugs, blankets, perfumes etc.). This wasn’t included in the program and wasn’t presented as optional when we were on site. The bus was comfortable and the guide was friendly. There were additional charges for things like riding the camels or drinks (including water) at the restaurant, this was mentioned up front.

The whole day was wonderful. Our small group of 9, despite our different languages, helped each other out with selfies, and had fun together. Our guide Rashid was phenomenal. He has been a tour guild for 40 years, and seemed to know everyone along the way. He shared interesting information all day long, and watched out for us. Lunch was delicious, relaxing and accompanied by traditional musicians. We stayed as a group most of the day, and then had a little while to explore the market on our own, but we only broke into two groups to walk about. As a solo female traveller, I appreciated being able to tag along with one of the groups, although Rashid had offered to walk with me

Great adventure filled with highlights of Tangier. Tour guide spoke good English and took good care of us. A little more time at cape spartel and Hercules caves would have been good.

Horrible experience in Morocco. Complete scam. Our tour guide Rachid made awful and extremely racist jokes. He gets commission from the tourists buying. Shops overpriced and scammed us. We did not feel safe at all with this tour. Highly recommend private tours. Disorganized with ferry tickets as well. Very stressful and high anxiety tour. The camel riding is extremely unethical as well. The cave was just a gimmick. Would love my money back. Do private. Not the group. The food was also bad.

Great tour of Tangier. Rachid was excellent and very animated! He mixed history with current day events in Morocco.

Terrible experience overall. We arrived to the meeting point one hour early and were ignored when making repeated phone calls and texts to the company. As a result the ferry boarding closes and we were unable to make the tour. Customer service was even worse and the representative was extremely unhelpful, belittling our intelligence and calling us "special" despite them not answering any of our calls and failing to provide accurate instructions. Hard to present a worse experience than what Naturanda pulled off with this. Cannot urge you strongly enough to not use this company.

The ferry is awful. Tour guide Rashid was excellent. Flying in probably better. Long long long lines for tickets and customs.

It's Ok only if you're scared to travel and work things out for yourself. Personally found the trip a bit of a con. Good price for the fact you get the ferry both ways, entrance into the cave etc. However the walking tour your taken to various places where they basically try to rip you off. A herbal medicine doctors where they keep you a good while going on about how wonderful their Argon oil is. They sell it for €15 but you can but it in your free time after in many shops for 6-8€ . Then you're taken to see them making scarfs/towels/rugs etc and again a hard sell after of greatly inflated prices. Lunch was good food but again be very careful. You're told drinks are not included but the first thing they do is bring you out a special juice that you think is part of the meal. € 2 added to your drinks bill. Then the people playing music there want tipping, the waiters want tipping and then you're hounded as you leave by a few particular street sellers who follow you around. Rachid was our guide. Friendly but if he knows anyone in the group from before. You won't hear a word from him. He will be busy laughing and joking with them the whole time. Camel ride was literally 30 secs long, cost €2 and just about time for a photo. All in all, tangier is grossly overpriced for tourists. My advice, book a holiday further in and you will see the real Morocco. However if you must go their, I would recommend trying to do it alone. There is enough info online to get all the information needed and see all.

Love the your, but they cut our tour by 2 hours because they changed the ferry ride. The ferry finally left at 1200 and we had to be back by 5:00 to catch the 6:00 ferry. It was rushed. The your guides were great, good information, but because we weee rushed on time we didn’t get to spend a lot of time at our stops.
