What we wanted was a cultural visit and that is what we got, and at an extraordinary level. Definitively , the guide (Fran) is a highly qualified professional making the visit extremely informative. We recommend to visit this place out of summer period.

I took the tour con bookyourtour with the bus ride from Cordoba. Very practical if you do not have a car, the bus is easy to find and perfect on time. The guide is very nice and gives a lot of explanation on the site (better to take a guide in my opinion). The tour includes also the museum. The negative things are that you cannot spend much time on the site itself. Also the tour was only in Spanish for a Saturday.. so if you do not understand Spanish do not pay for the tour as you will have to do the visit for yourself

The tour guide began distributing the audioguides and checking the tour member list wearing his mask below his mouth (which is the same thing as not wearing anything). In front of him, a family of four (in the tour) was not wearing any masks. After seeing that the guide did not request the family at any time to wear the mask, I decided to leave for personal safety in order to carry on with the tour independently. When I later saw the group from afar in the complex, that family still wasn't wearing a mask while the tour proceeded normally. Covid safety is definitely not a priority for this company. When I called the phone number on the ticket to report the situation, I was told that my word would be confronted with the guide's. The guide falsely stated that all protocols were followed and my claims were dismissed. Do this trip by yourself and spare yourself the headache.

Organization of the bus/video/tour of the M.Azahra, everything has gone great and all of this added to the fantastic explanation and treatment received by "Rafaé". Really recommended. Nice and cuts. All in perspective. In addition to explanations that make you understand the reason for everything you are seeing and what you are not seeing; which is also very important. Oh, and a touch of humor that is not missing. Thank you.

Very good experience. The visit is very well organized from the audiovisuals to the transfers to the site. For me it is essential to go with a guide; Mamen, in our case, guided us through the site, explaining in great detail.

The visit was great. It is a place that makes us understand what Córdoba was. The guide Rafa was exceptional. He gave us all kinds of details and clarified any questions we might have. Very friendly and pleasant, with a touch of humor that made the visit feel short. A 10 for Rafa. The contract was made directly with Eventour, it was by telephone and they treated us wonderfully, giving us all kinds of advice to be able to arrange all the visits we wanted to make. I recommend them 100 percent.

Being in Córdoba, it is worth visiting Medina Azahara, especially with a guided tour. Pilu, our guide, made it very enjoyable and entertaining so that the time spent on the visit was short. We arrive by car to the parking lot where the reception is and from this point they take you up to the site on a shuttle bus and when the visit ends you get off on the same bus.

Frankly very good experience. Our guide Rafa, fantastic, super enjoyable and close, with explanations that everyone can understand, including those lay in archaeology, without rushing, making us see every detail. We live an "adventure" from another era. 100% recommendable, and if it is with Rafa, obviously better than better
