Monumento al Campesino is a work of César Manrique and a tribute to the work in the fields of the Lanzarote community.

Fundacion Cesar Manrique

César, a multidisciplinary artist, painter, sculptor, conservator of monuments and tourist resorts, designer of landscapes and gardens, and recognized ecologist, created from natural volcanic accidents a tendency that impacted the world.

Jardin de Cactus

Located in Guatiza, municipality of Teguise, El Jardín de Cactus is the last great work of César Manrique in Lanzarote, a fascinating creation that houses about 4,500 specimens of cacti of about 500 species from five continents.

Mirador del Rio

Mirador del Río (480 m), a spectacular viewpoint carved into the edge of the cliff and recreated by Manrique, which was an old artillery post "Batería del Río". From here, we can see the Chinijo Islands.
