    Left us at murano while we walked towards boat. We were a total of 1 min late and the walk towards the boat was the minute. Saw us coming and literally ignored us and just left us stranded at island. No head count. Just churn and burn tour terrible. Better off catching ferry on your own to each location and taking your time at each location which we ended up doing and was great

    Buy a public ferry ticket. Don’t waste your money on this “tour”. The boat motor was so loud the lady speaking in the front sounded like an episode of Charlie Brown. Asked a question once and was given and rude and dismissive attitude from a crew member. We received around 45 minutes at each location. First stop glassmaking was really cool. Then they take you in their shop making it like you are getting a good deal cause you are with the group. Ha! Second stop was a 8 minute walk to “town”. Nothing really there. Last stop went to a cafe and got ripped off. Unfortunately my friend didn’t notice prices posted until after she paid. If I had to do it all over again I would have skipped the whole thing and spent more time on my own in Venice.

    It was easy to find the pick up point , We got on at St Marks square point . I had read reviews from others saying it was hard and not worth doing the tour and you could do it by yourself cheaper . Yes you can , if you can be bothered catching different ferries, it was easy having our own boat to take us around . We enjoyed the tour - The guide would tell you how long you had at each island and what time you had to be back to boat - Don’t be late ! You will be left behind. Murano Glass was great , Tip - look at other shops on island , they have glass and it’s cheaper Torcello- you walk into centre , approximately 10 minutes- flat - , good to see locals in their boats in Canal as you are walking along , I climbed the tower You need to show your ticket to get back on boat- Burano- Very picturesque - We noted that a few people hadn’t made it back to boat, they did leave 3 minutes earlier than noted time! Be aware of the time . We enjoyed the tour

    Great trip, good value for money and lovely places to visit. Last stop would have been good to have more time. Only downside was the guide was not very friendly or that helpful unless you persisted on getting a question answered. She jumped off the first stop on the way back without explanation of there being two more stops consequently we got off at the wrong stop and had to pay to get a boat back to the original start.

    murano glass blowing once again not enough time on that island would have bought something but had to rush back to boat..

    Alilaguna ticket office is located at San Marco Giardinetti vaporetto stop, next to the Royal Gardens. Please don't look for Alilaguna office on Google maps. Strictly requested to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure of the tour.

    Isola di Murano

    The island of Murano is the first stop of this excursion: you will have a chance to enter a glass factory and see the masters working the glass as they have been doing for centuries and then visit the center of the island.

    Isola di Burano - World Heritage Site

    Second stop of this half day excursion is Burano, famous for the colorful fishermen's houses and for the traditional handmade laces.

    Isola Torcello

    Torcello is the third and last stop of this tour. The island is the first to be inhabited in the Venetian lagoon and still shows the traces of its origins.
