António was absolutely the best on this tour. Don’t miss the Portugal tourists seldom see. We saw the huge indoor market in Setabul (huge chocolate croissant and fresh strawberries), ate squid and chips in a restaurant only the fisherman know, and toured amazing overlooks in a national reserve. At Antonio’s suggestion, we sampled wine and cheese made right in the area. Don’t miss a chance to see the real Portugal. And a visit to the Christ The Redeemer can erase all the sins of your day.

My husband and I booked a private tour with this company and had the most amazing time we had a tour guide name Sarah, who was absolutely fabulous. She was extremely knowledgeable about everything we enjoyed her so much that we actually booked a second tour. We can’t wait to come back to Portugal and see her again. She was so awesome. Best trip we took while in Portugal! Our guide Emerson was extremely kind, respectful, and knowledgeable of the sites visited. Could not ask for a better guide. Weather was perfect, which was a bonus. Great trip to get south of Lisbon and see some of the most beautiful little towns on the peninsula. Winery, tile production shop, Palmela castle, town squares and markets...all so enjoyable! Worth the day to do this trip. Thank you again.

Words cannot express how much I enjoyed this tour. Antoine, our guide was so accommodating from beginning to end. If you are a history buff he is your guide. If you just want the highlights he is more than happy to tailor your trip. I wanted to experience the surrounding area outside of Lisbon but not necessarily the biggest tourist spots. I experienced great Portugal hospitality, food and wine. Tremendous viewpoints, castles, cathedrals and local towns. If you are open to experience the hidden gems of Portugal you will enjoy this tour.

We wanted to have a winery tour, which this was, and so much more!!! We ended up seeing the Christo Rei, Palmela Palace, driving through the national park, a tile factory, a fish market, a harbour AND a 2 wineries (Bacalhoa and Piloto). Bacalhoa had a palace and two museum features as well as the wine tour/tasting. We ate at a seaside restaurant which was out of this world (right on the ocean and food was fantastic)!!. Drivers were charming and spoke English very well.!! They certainly knew what was worth seeing and how to get there efficiently. I would highly recommend this tour. It was the highlight of our trip!!!
