Prepaid for the tour, sent two messages to the tour operator that went unanswered. Arrived 20 minutes early and no one was at the business and the doors were locked, lights off. We left 5 minutes after our tour was set to start as no one was present. Tried receiving a refund and tour operator claimed they were there. Untruthful.

Prestation annulée 1h30 avant l'horaire prévu...dommage, nous avions déjà fait le déplacement de Lacanau pour cette activité !!!! Aucune proposition de remplacement (vélo électrique....) ce qui est encore plus décevant. Très déçue et je ne ferais plus appel à eux.

On m'a offert une heure de segway payée par ma conjointe et on m'a refusé cette ballade pour une date expirée en m'annonçant que ca ne passerait pas en informatique. Je trouve cela vraiment pas commercial . A oublier

Andrea hat uns sehr kompetent und ausführlich durch Bordeaux geleitet und einen idealen Einblick in die Stadt gewährt. Da die Segways nicht an die Straßen gebunden sind, können wirklich alle Highlights in Augenschein genommen werden. Wir waren zu viert und konnten die Tour mit Andrea auch als private Gruppe einfach sehr genießen. Leider war die bereits großzügig bemessene Zeit einfach viel zu schnell vorüber. Wir bedanken uns sehr!

Nous souhaitions découvrir Bordeaux autrement, et bien c'est fait. C'est vraiment différent. Ma femme et ma fille avaient peur de ne pas savoir faire et elles étaient plus à l'aise de que moi. On prend très vite le couplet l'on peut rapidement se concentrer sur la visite. Et ça va vite, on ne s'endort pas. Hector nous a fait découvrir cette ville avec bonheur. On le recommande.

Once you are comfortable on the machine, the 1-hour tour of Bordeaux begins. Listen as your guide provides historical context for the sights of Bordeaux, which is on UNESCO's list of World Heritage Sites.
Follow your guide to discovers the main monuments and attractions in Bordeaux, La Grosse Cloche, Rue Sainte-Catherine, and then to the Bordeaux Cathedral (Cathédrale Saint-André de Bordeaux). It's here where the wedding between Eleanor of Aquitaine and the future King Louis VII took place in 1137.
